Hinc Domus is in a great location for getting around Venice. It is a family run property and the owners take good care of you ensuring you find the place on arrival (Venice is not an easy place to get around) and to ensure everything is good for you. It is walking distance from the Train Station (a longish walk - 10-15 minutes) and only 3 bridges to negotiate with your luggage. It is close to good restaurants, bakery, supermarket and other shopping. Very competitively priced.
The photos in the Booking.com entry for this property do not accurately reflect the property. There are no views over canals. The room was much smaller than expected based on the photos shown on booking.com, with the queen sized bed pushed up against a wall so you could only get in and out of bed from one side, which made it quite awkward. It is hard to classify this property as it is not an AirBnB and not a hotel.
