The hotel is very well located, with easy access from the train station. The staff was very helpful.
The shower space was a bit tight. That was just a bit annoying. I would still go back to the same hotel.

Great location close to the station and everything that there’s to do in Venice
The underfloor heating was on making it a tad warm at night
The owner did turn it off when we found out why it was hot at night

It was in a quiet area. Breakfast was included. The bathroom was spacious and had places to put your toiletries.
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very hard.
It was far from San Marco square and the Rialto bridge and not close to anything of interest unfortunately. The daily trek back and forward was tiring.
