Cleanliness, loved the room accommodation, breakfast was amazing staff were so kind overall, everyone is polite and kind always checking in and making sure all is ok with us. The bed was very comfortable. 5 star over all, loved the hotel where it is as it’s very quiet and beautiful view. Loved where the hot is based as it’s amazing paranoiac views.
All was to my expectations and very hight standards.

The location - the front door of the hotel opens to a quiet canal (in mid-March). The busy city centre is a quick walk away.

Great hotel, very close to the Alilaguna boat station, very nice 4 bed suite with clean, quality bedding, really good breakfast (included), big, well appointed bathroom.
The bathroom, while it was spacious and had great fixtures had an unpleasant moldy smell, which we’ve encountered in other bathrooms across Europe (France, Portugal). Must be an issue with European bathrooms in general (they haven’t figured out ventilation yet… )

The location was great.
The breakfast room was crowded and lacking proper ventilation, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the room was noisy and barely furnished, not enough places to unpack properly.
