Room was lovely over looking the water, facilities were well maintained, the property was clean and tidy, food especially the breakfast buffet was amazing

Great waterside location. Beautifully decorated throughout
Our only issue was that our room was right near the lifts and looking over the pontoon where the boats regularly came and went. Fantastic for the view but was quite nosey up until around midnight when they stopped. Otherwise the room and view were gorgeous. We’d still happily return.

Breakfast was great.
Shuttle service was regular and accessible.
Access issues for wheelchair users - One restaurant was inaccessible.
Adjoining door to accessible room so thin you could hear next door moving around.
A map of accessible routes within hotel to facilities would be useful for customers in wheelchairs.

Nice ambient, big hotel, clean and good looking rooms, the whole hotel is good looking inside and outside, kind stuff and alot of stuff allways available to serve you, the rooftop bar is ok, the restaurant is also also pretty nice.
The noise. Thin walls, doors that lead to the next room. You can hear your neighbours talking and moving and flushing the toilet even at 12AM. The windows are the main problem if you take a room with view, becouse of all the boat that are driving past and they make alot of noise even between 12AM and 7AM.
