We booked a premium room with a balcony and canal view, but were given a room with tiny windows and no balcony. The toilet was also located on a different floor, which was highly inconvenient. When we requested a room change, we were told that the hotel was fully booked. Considering we paid *** for three nights, this was not acceptable. The website clearly advertised a room with a balcony and canal view, which was not what we initially received. Eventually, we were moved to another room with a balcony, but it still did not match the photos or the standard that was advertised when booking. This was our first and will be our last stay with the NH hotel chain. The experience left a very poor impression, especially being initially placed in a room that did not match what was sold to us. As an Agoda Diamond member who spends a significant portion of the year staying in hotels, I have a strong understanding of hotel standards, and this experience was disappointing. The discrepancy between the advertised room and the actual room feels misleading. If this issue is not a concern for some guests, the location is excellent — very central, easy to walk everywhere, and only a two-minute walk from the train station, making travel to other cities very convenient.

I liked the proximity to the train station. We only stayed 1 night. I didn't like the shower in the room we were in because there was no door or curtain so there was water all over the floor. Hotel is a little dated. Small room but quiet because it was in the garden area.
