1. The breakfast was superb with all kinds of options. It had indoor and outdoor seating, by the canal or in the back garden, which was also very nice
2. The breakfast hours were very generous: 7 - 11 AM.
3. The breakfast staff (and all the staff) were attentive but not overbearing.
4. The location is right on one of the lesser canals but not far from a Water Bus location and thus made it easy to get to the rest of Venice.
5. The bar was smallish but cozy with a door to the outside.
There is'nt anything that we did not like about this Hotel given the price we paid. Venice is not a cheap city!

We received a Warm welcome, smooth checkin and given directions with a map to our tour start destination. Nothing was too much for them.
A continental breakfast was brought on time to our room where we enjoyed the sumptuous spread at our leisure. Would definitely return here again. Thank you.hotel Olympia.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and quiet at night. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us - near all the transport hubs, a short 2 minute walk to pick up the airport bus at Piazzle Roma, also the Vaporetto stop was in the same location, in fact we could see them from our hotel room!
If you prefer being a little out of the touristy areas then this is a great choice, its an easy walk to St. Marks Square etc or you can get the Vaporetto along the Grand Canal which takes about 30 mins from the local stop. You can also get to Murano from that stop too.
Although the rooms have hairdryers they are typical hotel ones and not very powerful - may want to bring your own! Breakfast had a great choice on the whole except for gluten free options, which weren't brilliant. We found a great gluten free shop near Rialto Bridge (Mea Libera Tutti) so bought some cereal and bread there for my husband and took them down to breakfast each day. We completely appreciate its difficult to cater for intolerances, we are still finding our way with it as well!

Property was lovely, spotlessly clean and lovely decor
Wasn’t over keen that our room looked onto the bus station. Somebody entered our room one night, this was quite scary
