Great location 5 minutes from the train station with a fantastic garden overlooking the grand canal.
The greeting on our arrival was fantastic by the male receptionist 10/10.
A very small superior room (303) on the third floor needing some basic diy/renovation. The hairdryer only worked when it wanted too,,bathroom mirror bracket loose,bedside shelf kept falling off the wall, lack of wardrobe/draw space. The basic daily clean by the chamber maid lacked attention to detail; no tea/coffee/milk/spoons or bathroom products not being replenished & room surfaces not being wiped/cleaned.
