Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and Zattere. Big, lush green garden in the middle of the town, big rooms, very well equipped.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, very handy for the Zattere vaportetto stops, charming rooms and public spaces with great atmosphere. Excellent wifi and kind, helpful staff. Would definitely be the first choice on a future visit.
I would have liked a simpler cheaper continental breakfast. Too early in the morning to have a big breakfast.

Breakfast was priced too high at 35 euros. If it was a bit cheaper I think more people would take it giving a better atmosphere to the place
One member of staff was particularly irksome . She insisted the steamer was working when it was not. I had to really insist and demonstrate that it was not and eventually it came back sorted .
The other time she insisted she had turned off the air conditioning in my room when she had not . Eventually she conceded she had made a mistake. This is the sort of thing you can do without on holiday
