About this house rental
Only 3 km from Montepulciano lies this pleasant vacation home in an idyllic side valley. This former medieval mill offers today over three levels generous space for vacation guests. From the kitchen-living room and the fireplace room on the ground floor you enter directly into the garden seating area in front of it. On the 1st floor, which can be entered directly from the side of the former mill basin, there is a second central kitchen as well as bedrooms with bathroom, another bedroom with bathroom on the 2nd floor. The furnishings are functional in rustic Tuscan style. Crib on request. The house is adjacent to ITS971. Nearby destinations: Pienza (15 km) and the picturesque Orcia Valley, the warm thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni (25 km). In the medieval hill town of Montepulciano you will find trattorias, bars and stores of all kinds. Unpaved access road

Zeer ruime woning. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer.
Veel ruimte rondom. Zeer grote tuin.

Well situated house with potention.
But: Very very poorly equipped: outdoor furniture, wardrobes in bedrooms, and especially kitchen: almost no pots and pans, oven with no roasting pan, dishwasher out of use (they simply announced it...).
Incorrect settlement on leaving:
Following the contract electricity was included; they charged 1 euro per day per person (for electricity and water).
Following the contract gas was to be payed 10 euro per cubic meter; they wanted to charge us almost the double...
