Farmhouse "Podere Casina", detached. 600 m from the centre of Scrofiano, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Sinalunga. Private: property 2 ha, trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard. Table tennis, basketball, volleyball, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, heating to be paid on the spot. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Sinalunga" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm). Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and dining table. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Bath/WC. Oil heating (extra). Terrace furniture, deck chairs, covered balcony. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet,aber es ist wirklich alles da,was man braucht.Auch wenn alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist,das stört nicht,weil das Haus soviel Charme hat.Die Terrasse ist einfach herrlich mit Aussicht auf Scrofiano und auch der grosse Garten ist zum Entspannen perfekt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.Einzigster kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war das Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft.Tag und Nacht in unglaublicher Lautstärke

Wir hatten als Paar nur die obere Etage mit der schönen Loggia. Guter Standort für viele Ausflüge in die Umbegung inkl. das angrenzende Umbien. Sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Man ist für sich und hat genügend Platz und Natur um sich herum. Es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Die Loggia ist das Highlight. Die beste Pizza (der Welt) gibt es in Sinalunga in Pizzeria La Regina. Der Vermieter (F.) ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage.

Es war wunderschön. Für Kinder ist es perfekt zum toben und spielen. Für Hunde ist genug auslauf. Das Haus war wunder schön
