The attic, of about 200 square meters, is located on the top floor of a historic building dating back to the late 1700s. It consists of a large living room with 70 inch TV, an open kitchen with fireplace, corridor, large master bathroom with tub and shower cubicle, service bathroom with washing machine, a large double bedroom with 50 inch TV, a second bedroom with double bed and a third double bedroom with extra single bed and 50 inch TV. There is also an immense collection of author films of all kinds in different formats (DVD, mp3, VHS) all functional and projectable. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher and every type of household appliance and utensil needed to organize unforgettable lunches and dinners. The fireplace is also equipped with grills of different sizes and a vintage double-spit rotisserie with manual winding. Ceilings with Tuscan rafters, Impruneta terracotta floors and fine ceramics in the bathrooms complete this splendid setting located on the important Via Francigena.
