About this farm stay rental
At the center of the triangle formed by Florence, Arezzo, Siena, our farm is the ideal starting point to visit Tuscany in all seasons, the farm building in the hills of Tuscany, in the green, in the silence, relaxation; Around the views of the hills, a large garden with pool, gazebo and barbecoue.
Casa Lago is one of the largest farm, offers a double room and a room with a bunk bed (2 persons) and a sleeping loft, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and kitchen; bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower.
in an area surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan countryside, bordered by a grove, our little pond and the River Arno.
Extensive views over the hills and the forest bordering onto the Arno river reached by pleasant marked trails that go along an attractive conservation area.
Around the farm garden (7 000 m2) with various terraces surrounding the house, the large swimming pool (16x8) with a children's pool (4x4) connected; adjacent to the service at the pool house with changing room and sanitary facilities, old wood-burning pizza oven, BBQ, ping-pong.

Among the common areas that can be used on request, on the ground floor a spacious living room (unfurnished) with fireplace, available for meetings, events and ceremonies.
Just 3.7 km away the village of Levane (various shops), 8 km Montevarchi (railway station from where in about 35 minutes to reach the Florence railway station which is a few hundred meters from the cathedral), 25 km Arezzo (an important medieval town also known for its artisan industry in crafting gold), about 40 km to the Pratomagno area (Poppi, Chiusi della Verna, Bibbiena, etc.).
Within 30 km of the most exclusive areas of the famous Chianti Classico full of prestigious agricultural estates and famous villages such as Radda, Gaiole, Greve and the Castle of Brolio.

Emanuela and her family were amazing hosts on this agriturismo property.
It was BEAUtiful and relaxing.
Grocery store was nearby and our choices of vineyard/olive tours/tastings was virtually unlimited.
Very highly recommend staying here.

Fabrizio and Emanuela are really sweet hosts who make you feel welcome, but also give you youre space.
There are multiple apartments in the building (9?). Ours was on the first floor with a lot of space: livingroom with kitchen, two bedrooms, vide at second bedroom and bathroom with shower. All the windows have screens to keep bugs outside and wooden shutters. Thick walls so its cool inside. Beds a little hard. Shower alternated temperatures. Lots of kitchen utensils and crockery. Only missing was oven glove.
We could use a table and chairs downstairs and could put them on the terras under our appartment or on the grass, under or besides the tree.
The pool is really great. Its big and clean. Each apartment has its own set of beachchairs and umbrellas. There is a covered seating, a toilet and changing room.
There is lots of parkingspace, olive trees and a lake on the terrain.
Pizzeria 5-10 minutes away. We went to Sienna by car and took the train to Florence. But mostly we just chilled by the pool or in the garden. Really relaxing holiday.

Emanuela and her husband were good hosts & the apartment we rented was clean & functional. The pool was relatively large and spotlessly clean. I’m happy to recommend this holiday home.
