About this house rental
The house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor you will find a large open-space living area that includes a kitchen (equipped with dishwasher and electric fan oven), dining area, living room with double sofa bed and TV. The main feature of this area is brightness, an entire wall is made up of large windows that give access to the garden. We have equipped the under canopy adjacent to the entrance with a small table, armchairs and sofa, where you can enjoy an aperitif or read a book in total relaxation. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom (with washing machine), a double or twin room (according to request in booking), a single room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outside through a French door. On the first floor, which is accessed by an internal staircase, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Both floors are equipped with an alarm system and WI-FI connection. The house is the largest part of a two-family building, independent on three sides. Access to the house is autonomous and reserved exclusively for the guests of the apartment: by car with outdoor parking spaces adjacent to the garden and on foot with a gate and independent driveway. Being the last house in the small hamlet of San Giovanni a Cerreto, the garden side at the entrance opens onto the countryside while the back part, covering a few meters, gives pedestrian access to the small village.

Abbiamo trascorso 25 giorni in una stupenda casa immersa nel verde e attorniata da quiete e tranquillità per noj ha rappresentato la soluzione perfetta per questo periodo che ha conciliatore smart woring, gioco e relax la casa si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare luoghi incantevoli della toscana si suggerimento dei proprietari tra gli altri abbiamo visitato Buonconvento e Radda da non perdere non potete non mangiare da ucci bar e pretto.
Proprietari disponibili, cordiali e premurosi.
L'idea è di tornarci presto.

Splendida casa molto spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata e moderna , ottima pulizia e molto ben attrezzata insomma......perfetta! La posizione è molto comoda perchè è vicina a Siena ed è in un contesto tranquillo in mezzo agli ulivi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili!! Noi speriamo di tornarci presto!! Consigliatissima!!

Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub 2019 verbracht.
Anbei eine eine kleine Zusammenfassung:
Zum Haus:
es handelt sich um eine Haushälfte. Es gibt einen großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Küche, Sofa und Esszimmertisch. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Fernseher hat nur italienische Programme.
Des weiteren gibt es im Untergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Gäste WC mit Waschmischine und Dusche.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das große Schlafzimmer und das große Bad. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter das Haus eigentlich für sich zur Nutzung vorgesehen haben. Alles ist wertig und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden. Das WLAN hat eine gute Bandbreite.
Der Blick auf die Olivenbäume ist traumhaft.
Die zweite Haushälfte steht zum Verkauf und war nicht bewohnt.
Lage:
Perfekt: ruhig, 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Siena, gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen in den beiden Nachbarorten. Bis zum Strand sind es 1,5 h. Ins Chiantigiebiet fährt man gute 30 Minuten. Die restlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana sind meist in 45-60 Minuten zu erfahren.
Was gibt es zu beachten:
Moskitos haben uns geärgert. Viel Wildwechsel in der Gegend.
