Un extérieur vaste et agréable qui permet d'être au calme. Le village est à proximité, les villageois sont accueillants. Les villages environnants sont à découvrir. Beaucoup de choses à voir sans devoir parcourir de longues distances. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et bienveillants. Un excellent séjour pour toute notre famille.

Wir suchen meist alte Häuser. Für das Alter des Hauses war der Zustand sehr schön. Allerdings war es diesmal auch noch zu Ostern relativ kalt. Das Wetter und das Haus! Insgesamt alles fein.

Wij hebben genoten van deze heerlijke accommodatie met groot landgoed en groot zwembad. Omdat we de gehele accommodatie tot onze beschikking hadden, waar eigenlijk meer mensen in zouden kunnen, hadden we veel privacy. Alleen de eigenaren kwamen zo nu en dan om met name het zwembad goed schoon te houden. Binnen is het simpel maar compleet, wij leefden met name buiten. Ook uitstapjes naar Rome, kust en nabijgelegen dorpjes (Pitigliano, Thermen van Sorana) waren erg leuk.

Es lohnt sich die Läden (Bäcker, Metzger,...) in Sorano zu nutzen. Es ist nicht nötig unbedingt den Supermarkt in Pitigliano zu nutzen. Wenn man vom Haus losfährt und rechts auf die öffentliche Straße abbiegt kommt nach ein paar Metern links eine Käserei. Dort kann man (9–13 Uhr ?) direkt leckeren Pecorino etc. zu günstigen Preisen kaufen. Die von uns gemietete Einheit PIL 103 hat zum Glück Fliegengitter. Es gibt draußen viele stechende Insekten und die Fliegengitter sorgen für ruhigen Schlaf. Die Unterkunft war für uns super – jederzeit wieder. Reisetipps: Einziger Nachteil: Fahrt zum Meer dauert von Sorano aus ca. 1h. Vorteil: nach Bolsena an den See nur ca. 30 min. Unbedingt sehenswert: die Fortezza und Altstadt von Sorano, Hildebrand–Grab bei Sovana, Altstadt von Sovana bzw. Pitigliano. Wer es mag kann kostenlos in den Kaskaden von Saturnia baden (Wassertemperatur ca. 37 Grad C) – ein ziemlicher Rummel dort. Weiterer Tipp: nach Orte Scalo fahren, dort am Bahnhof das Auto abstellen und den Zug nachRom Termini nehmen. Relativ stressfreie Möglichkeit für Tagesbesuch in Rom.
