About this villa rental
Among green hills and fertile cultivated fields, not far from Monte San Savino. Casa Antica is an old stone farmhouse recently and cleverly restored, situated only a few km far from Monte San Savino, amidst green wooded hills and fertile cultivated fields and plunged in a typical scenery of the Tuscan countryside. Monte San Savino is an ancient village which still preserves its architectonic features. The circle of walls and the numerous Medieval and Renaissance buildings make it a charming place, rich in history and at the same time endowed with shops, typical restaurants and all modern services. Old farmhouse endowed with every comfort. Casa Antica has been recognized as an historic building by the Italian Cultural Heritage, and whomever decide to spend their holidays here will be able to breath the warm and cosy atmosphere of ancient times. The house is provided with a well-kept outdoor space with paved and shaded area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the restful view on the countryside, while tasting typical Tuscan meals. The owners produce good wine, 'vinsanto' and extra virgin olive oil which could be savoured and bought directly on spot. Small size pets are here welcome (extra charge could be required).
FIRST FLOOR: with access through external stone staircase, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, sitting room with double sofa bed, wide bathroom with shower and bath. From the sitting room access to a connecting double bedroom, to a bathroom with shower and to a single bedroom with French-window. On ground floor a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and clothes rack.EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, highchair, fans (2) Satellite Tv, Wi-Fi Internet access.
