The hotel was very authentically Venetian and was in a lovely, quiet area away from the crowds. Night time was peaceful and there was no hotel noises to disturb our sleep. The air conditioning was perfect and very easy to control. We had everything we needed and Valentina and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was just right with a good range of cereal, toast, cooked items, croissants, etc.
All in all a fantastic stay and a big thanks to all :-)

Great location, walkable to the sites but not overwhelmed with crowds. We booked the room with a canal view; our room didn't have a canal view but instead had a deck with an amazing view of the city skyline -- and we couldn't have been happier with the change. Super nice staff. On our way to get the water taxi to the airport (which they arranged for us) in the morning, they offered to get us some breakfast before they started serving. We passed on that, but couldn't resist their offer of cappuccinos to go.
The a/c could have been a little cooler, but it's Italy - we sort of expected that.

The Staff was Outstanding and very helpful. They went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of.
The location was Great. We had a nice view of the canal.

Nice and big room and the area we lived in was perfect.
Our room was literally right next to the breakfast area. So we were woken up every morning at 7am!
