Clean, lovely staff, nice room and food. My partner proposed to me when we were in Venice and the staff were super helpful and lovely about.

Good location for what we were after. Clean and tidy and comfortable.
Price was a bit punchy for what you get in our opinion. Staff ok but didn’t go out of their way to do anything special or out of ordinary.

A beautiful hotel located perfectly between the grand canal and the lagoon. It was easy to walk everywhere from here (10 min to St Marks Square, 20 min water taxi to the train station, 35 min shared private water taxi to Accademia stop). The front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was a little pricey but delicious if you like a big breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed.

The hotel was well located and beautifully designed.
1)The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower stall in our room (11)was so tight with a curtain enclosure. Water splashing everywhere rendering the whole bathroom floor wet.
2) the front desk man was not sympathetic and not courteous at all with my sister who couldn’t leave the room because of an accident. Insisted she leave the room to have it cleaned.
