The hotel is in a tremendous area of Venice that’s both close to the train station when getting into Venice but also close to the action in San Marco. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything regarding your stay and making your experience in Venice the best it could be. The outdoor terrace is perfect for a calm evening sitting outside sipping wine.

There are some steep steps that make it hard to get large luggage up, but the very friendly staff is there to help!

Easy 20 min walk to St Marks Square and main railway station. Great local restaurants and bars. Excellent coffee and croissant 20m away at Caffe Bar AI Artisti. Also 10/10

Great location, not too touristy but still a comfortable walking distance from everywhere, easy arrival by public transport ferry. Amazing, lovely staff - so helpful and nice.

Quite small and basic.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable.

The wc/ bathroom had mold and they should clean it better since it’s dangerous for health. Specially in the shower, specifically in the place of the shower holder, they should clean in a deeper way. Also the tv wasn’t working, the coffee machine wasn’t also working (but I let the property owners know and they quickly took care of it in the next day what was great). The communication was a little on/off but they replied every time. Could be great also a design update to the decoration. Room was way smaller than in the pictures, but ok for in a general way.
