Excellent breakfast, and the property would make it available early if you have to leave early. It is located in the historic city with most of the major attractions being within walking distance. Plenty of good dining options around the place. 50 meters from the Vaporetta stop Samuele. (it funcitons only from 10 AM. Before that you would need to walk to the next stop 12 minutes away.

The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. I think her name was Lila, she was Brazilian. I loved the decore and our room was clean.
The room was very small. You could just about walk around the bed to get to the balcony doors that also struggled to open because the bed was in the way. Also the rugs upstairs are a bit of a trip hazard. It was hard to wheel the cases over them as they kept gathering up.

It started with the most warm reception we have ever received from our host Leah. She was outstanding and made our stay both welcome and seamless. The property itself was exactly whet we were looking for, a quaint Venetian experience and it did this in spades.
The fact we only booked one night, we will be back
