The location was amazing, central to everything. We were able to walk to almost everything within 10-15 minutes. The place was quiet, very clean, and extremely safe. I would definitely stay here again and again.

The room was nice and clean, all you can think of is there, the matresses are good, lots of nice choice at breakfast, however allergens are not marked and checking the items that are not even labelled on the internet long list of foods was unconvenient and not fun. Besides, the staff did not even bring the gluten free toasts on our last day despite we asked as asways.
The electronic beeps all night from the area of bathroom or bathroom switch, the aircon too cold. But by far the worst was the attitude of staff. On arrival I was forced to pay by card despite I clearly said to the check in lady that booking.com already charged me the full amount. She just said no they did not and charged my card again. Very unpleasant. Two days later I told the same employee that I checked and I am sure I was charged twice. She came back saying that it was true and they’d return the money 5-7 days later. No apology. I said, remember, I told you at check-in that it was paid already, and she started lying that I told her that I prepaid breakfast and not the room. Complete nonsense. I was really upset at the lying and not a word of apology. So badly trained staff. The rest of the staff we’ve seen is not super friendly either, looking grumpy and bothered when asked a question.
