    What a pleasant surprise we had staying at this apartment-hotel. We saved a lot because it has most of the amenities you would need in a place away from home. Thankful for Simo who prepared this beautiful birthday/anniversary family room and to all the wonderful hotel staff we have encountered. Recommended place and would stay again in this place.

    Was checking in on the afternoon of 28th of April 2026 when the lady receptionist in response to not being able to pronounce my name said: 'whatever that word was'. We were shocked. That was our name. As a hotel staff encountering international guests with names outside the norm of your culture is to be expected and such uncalled for remarks are unacceptable. On our last day on 1st of May we needed to store our 3 pieces of luggage with the hotel upon check out. Another lady receptionist wanted to give us 2 luggage tickets, she said: 'two tickets are enough'. I insisted on 3 tickets since there were 3 luggages and she gave me the 3rd ticket. Very unprofessional and worrying for the security of our items. The room was spacious though smelled of cigarette, they tried to rectify this. No table to eat or drink depsite having kitchen facility.
