There was noise from neighbours on this occasion, which I have not noticed on previous stays. Not the hotel’s fault. It wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Comfortable, good-sized, clean, quiet room with comfortable beds and views of the castle. Nice staff. Great location.

Staff were very attentive and were quick to solve any problems we had, room service was very tasty , amenities were good, the location was perfect for a quiet night sleep but close enough to the centre that it wasn’t too long of a walk to get there
Bed was only slightly uncomfortable but that’s just down to personal preference, also some amenities were missing from our room when we arrived

Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Raul, at the breakfast service, and the manager, Obu, specially! The room was comfortable and warm.
The TV doesnt have streaming services or internet access, and the local channels are dreadful. Made getting settled down and putting all kids to bed in the evenings a little bit challenging. Food at breakfast could be a little bit more diverse, but overall nice.
