Friendly front desk staff with great service. Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Liked the addition of a little radio on the desk in the room. Location is just nice, quite close to the Haymarket train station.

We love the Hoxton and have stayed in a few of their hotels.
Aesthetics are as beautiful as we expected. But the service in Edinburgh was simply amazing. If you get chance to visit - make sure you do.

Spent a long weekend in February 2026 in the Biggie room. The room had a brilliant finish and comfortable Super King bed. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help and the on-site Italia resturant was delicious. About a 20-25 minute walk to the Royal Mile area, or one stop from Haymarket to Waverley Station, or a quick taxi ride. Very local to Dean Village and excellent Palmerston restaurant.
