Edinburgh Castle Apartments

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the things we wanted to do. Great spot to just sit and people watch.

Only issue and not your fault was people on the street being loud late.

The location couldn’t be better! Friendly, helpful staff at check in. Apartment is well laid out perfect for 2 friends staying together. Gorgeous big bathroom and shower, amenities were all we needed. Big comfy bed and felt very luxurious! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Huge room with a great location

Staff never responded to my arrival request email and we were left at 7:30 am trying to contact staff on the emergency number with no response. We ended up paying to have our bags stored at a private vendor

The property’s location was excellent and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The views of the castle were excellent. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well-maintained.

We requested an additional blanket but were told that none were available. The listing also mentioned a shared washing machine; however, it was not functioning when we arrived, and we ended up spending an additional £100 on laundry services. Additionally, it was often difficult to determine when staff were available. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay, and contacting staff for assistance was challenging. The staff was kind where we did speak with them. There is no lift in the building, and access is via a beautiful spiral staircase, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
