Location was perfect, staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious and loads of options. Bar had lovely atmosphere. Room was modern, shower was good and beds comfy.
It was noisy outside late at night with a few revellers and on Saturday morning with stuff being wheeled across cobbles outside. Maybe some extra sound proofing would have helped but it was the only flaw.

Locator of Rabble is excellent, easily accessible when using the tram from Edinburgh airport, first impressions when walking in the bar / dining area is lovely - well maintained, well staffed and suitably busy at all the various times we passed through. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and checkin was efficient.
We enjoyed the drinks & cocktails from the bar - they were well made & service was good.
We stayed over a weekend and experienced no issues with noise
Accessing the rooms is through the bar/ dining area, we stayed on a busy weekend and these communal areas needed to be regularly cleaned and swept which didnât appear to happen. Maintenance is needed to hardware outside and inside the rooms.
Room was appointed ok for a double and an adequate size but the cleaning of some off the less obvious areas had been neglected.
