Excellent hotel in Venice! The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, surrounded by beautiful buildings, and just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. It is only a 1-minute walk from the Giglio stop on the orange line, which makes getting to and from the airport extremely convenient.
The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming at all times, from the reception to the breakfast service. The decoration is truly beautiful and gives you a charming Venetian vibe, just like in the pictures.
The room was very clean and elegant, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff with local area knowledge. They were very accommodating including special requests for our engagement as well as looking after bags after check-out.
There was nothing to dislike about our stay here. The hotel is a gem hidden in the middle of Venice.

Hotel was quaint and in a great location, it had its own private water dock, and they provided breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Room was quite small, especially the bathroom and shower. The room did not warm up and it was quite cold outside, so the room stayed cold despite turning up the heat. The breakfast was overrated, not much choices and seemed more mediocre.
