Great location, and a very quiet street. Staff were friendly and always accessible for help via whatsapp. Spacious room and comfy bed. Easy to access from water taxi 2 min walk. Lots of nice drink places and food spots within 7 min walk.

Limited facilities, no where to get food or a drink in hotel.

Great location, excellent and friendly staff who are always available. Just in the middle of everything you want to see as first time tourist but on a quiet street!

A true hidden gem in Venice. Perfectly located in the centre of everything, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and intimate atmosphere away from the crowds. The hotel is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious by Venetian standards. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was a huge advantage during the summer months. Combining charm, comfort, and an unbeatable location, this is the kind of place that makes you want to return to Venice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

Maybe a later checkout would be recommended but it was not a pain point.

The hotel is located close to Basilica San Marco & Doge's Palace. You can walk to all the important places such as Rialto Bridge. The hotel arranges water taxi from/to Venezia Santa Lucia train station. This costs €70 (or €80 at night). You have to walk for about 2 minutes from where the water taxi leaves you to the hotel. The room is relatively small but clean. The bathroom is also clean and convenient. The staff is friendly.

There is no breakfast included. If you leave early in the morning there is no staff at the reception so you just leave the key on their desk.
