Excellent location. Access to the kitchen.
We had a room on the ground floor, and it smelled very bad (but apparently this is common in Venice). Also we were constantly waking up due to the noise. The acoustic of the place makes the sound resonated to the point that it was difficult to stand

It has a great location inside the city center. Our room was very spacious and clean also well equipped with everything you need for a stay in a foreign city. I would also highlight that how nice and helpful was the staff with us. Highly recommended.

The best aspects were the location, the atmosphere of the place, and the owner’s hospitality.
The place itself was exceptional; however, it would greatly benefit from having at least some basic cutlery and small plates available, so guests could comfortably eat on site.
