I adored this place. My widows opened onto the Grand Canal, you can’t get more Venetian. It’s spacious, the facilities are excellent, the breakfast outstanding and each day I met lovely people to chat with and share experiences. And suer quiet.

It was very clean. That is super important to me. The breakfast was lovely and we liked that. It was staffed 24 hours.
Shower was on the small side but manageable.

Excellent location and a very nice breakfast room, as we checked out early on our last morning we were given a take-away breakfast pack which was much appreciated.
Our room was part of a top floor apartment, which was good in terms of being spacious, but there is no shower despite being listed in the room description. A hand held shower rose with poor water pressure in a bath is not a shower substitute. Communication at check in was pretty minimal and nobody appeared at breakfast, no fresh coffee at breakfast.
