The area is fantastic. Accessible for restaurants and near the acamedia water taxi!

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent size (even though online photos are very deceiving). Appreciated having beverages in the mini fridge.
AC didn’t work so had to open windows and are now covered in mosquito bites. Online photos made it seem to have canal view which it definitely does not have.

Lovely property on the canal all the front desk staff amazing standout Christine great breakfast helpful information. This property is on Academia Bridge a walk overlooking to the water bus and only 10-15 to st Marco Square
Not extras in the bathroom like body lotion and shower cap !

The location was great the room was clean and comfortable
The staff was horrible. I asked the front desk if they could give me directions to the Accademia and he just shrugged his shoulders and was like if you want to go to the accademia go to the academia. And I said yes… I am asking you for directions. Called the front desk again in the morning gentleman picked up. I said I had a question and he said sorry no English and hung up on me.
