The property was extremely comfortable and clean! We had a lovely stay with Ca’Lavezzera.
I paid extra for the Canal view, but this was not worth it as it was on the corner and hardly visible. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!!

The room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the canal. The bed was also very comfortable and warm. The staff were also very nice.
The ac stopped working our first night and no one came to fix it even though I contacted the property via booking.com messenger. The water pressure for the shower was not great and the water could be warmer.

So central as only 8 minutes walk to St Marks square. Really quaint building and delightfully decorated. Rooms are as shown in pictures and we were meet in the street to ensure we found it.
Room air conditioner only blew cold air so seeing as we went in October and when it rained the room was cold . They did supply slippers though which I for one loved on the cold marble floor

Location is near to academia bridge which has excellent view of grand canal. However it is a bit far from the water bus taxi stop especially if you’re bringing heavy luggage need to step across quite a few bridges..
Room was well equipped with a lot of local snacks, drinks and jams… appreciate the hospitality from the owner..
The floor had some kind of “pothole” and marble like tiles which makes room colder in winter..
we booked canal view room however there was some construction on going outside so there was not much view…
Room was a bit dark..
