About this house rental
You will be the only tenants of this agritourism "podere Lucia", for authentic holidays in a superb area !! Perfect for visiting Siena, Florence, Pisa and Rome, the aim of a day trip and relaxing family, near the private pool surrounded by its walled garden. The house is located near the sea, in Maremma Toscana, with gentle hills. The beaches of Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia are 20 minutes away by car. You have the large private swimming pool 7m x 3,5m, in a pretty flower garden that is reserved for you, with sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. Sheltered terrace for meals in the garden.

The owners, a couple of farmers of 70 years (production of olive oil and organic vegetables), living on the ground floor, will welcome you warmly.
You will be in contact with the beautiful nature of this region and near unspoiled wild beaches that can be easily reached without 'traffic jams'.
Perfect for rest and cultural visits to famous art cities, this rental is also ideal for walking, mountain biking and horseback riding.
Numerous Etruscan sites nearby, wine tours and excursions to the island of Elba and Monte Argentario, everything is easily accessible in all seasons.
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, kitchen, bathroom and even pool towels are provided free of charge
A deposit of 300 € will be deposited on arrival and returned on departure if everything is in order
The final cleaning is 70 €, it is included for stays of at least one week.
Your pets are welcome (5 € / day) A nice labrador dog is on the property
Meals possible table d'hôte on reservation in advance and at a low price
