About this apartment rental
This former farmhouse dating back to 1600, recently beautifully restored, is located in Noce, quaint little town of Chianti. The area was recalled by Dante Alighieri in his Divine Comedy. Located in the heart of the Tuscany hills of Chianti, due to its location enjoys an excellent climate and healthy air in both summer and winter. Great wine and olive oil superb!
The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, one double and one triple room with double bed and single bed, there is also a living room with two couches that can be transformed into many comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and .... panoramic view.
The furniture consists of original songs chosen one by one from me around the Tuscan and colored notes handicraft Italian and international.
The swimming pool with a solarium area, has a splendid view over the valley and the Castle of Santa Maria Novella place just up the hill in front of and behind which the sun sets.
The yard, the courtyard where once you beat the grain, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner thanks to the great barbecue where wood or coal to cook (or cook on request from my husband) grilled meat or vegetables to the Tuscan style
I can arrange on request Tuscan cooking classes, and then eat together.
The location is perfect, you can reach Florence 20/25 minutes, Siena 30 minutes, San Gimignano in 20 minutes, and cities like Lucca and Pisa within an hour.

What a wonderful home to visit for a couple of days in Tuscany! An amazing view outside the bedroom windows. A great kitchen with a ton of convenience. A beautiful pool to enjoy with my family. And centrally located to so many great cities. Plus wonderfully friendly hosts! If you want to see and feel the real authenticity of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Look forward to my next trip!

Comfortable and very clean accommodation with a large shared garden and swimming pool. The pool was very well maintained and there were several seating and eating areas. Susanna and her family are very friendly and welcoming, and Susanna did some washing for us as our apartment had no washing machine.
The kitchen in our apartment was slightly smaller than we expected but we were able to cook family meals with not to much trouble. It is a great base for sightseeing and a lovely tranquil spot to return to after a busy day. Tavernelle has a range of shops and a good supermarket. If you are there between June and September, go to Tavernelle on a Tuesday evening for Steak under the Stars - the best steak we have ever tasted!
