About this house rental
The house is located in Montemassi, a little medieval village. It overlooks Maremma plain up to the sea. In the village you can admire an old castle, which is located at the top of the village from where you can admire all the underlying inhabited. From the terrace, you may enjoy the same view, including the castle. Almost 150 inhabitants live in the village and there are two restaurants and a little supermarket, next to the house. The surrounding area is full of forests, where you can walk, without any problems. Around you can see many vineyards and farms and also beautiful natural and uncontaminated places, such as: “Lago dell’Accesa”, which is 10 km away, the avalanche chutes, and “Diga di Montemassi” and other amazing surroundings, which I will be really glad to explain you. The main beaches are about 25 km and Grosseto, the main city, is about 20 km.
Amazing Tuscany Window took its name from its view, you can admire it from the terrace. It was built around the XX century it is located at the beginning of the village, and it is completely independent. There is a large courtyard, full of plants, where you will have the possibility to eat outside, to have a barbecue and relax. Inside there is a big kitchen with air conditioning, a little dining room with a panoramic terrace, and two double rooms, one of these has also a bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a sitting room, where you will have the possibility to sleep thanks to a sofa bed, so it can host other two people. On the lower floor, there is the laundry area, another double room, and a bathroom. There is also Internet Wi-Fi and the linen is included.
