Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis met mooi uitzicht dat echter dringend aan renovatie toe is. Bedden zijn van zeer slechte staat, meubilair is allemaal verouderd, muren en plafonds staan vol barsten en scheuren. Zeer slechte wifiverbinding en airco zou welkom geweest zijn. San Gimignano is een heerlijk stadje en ideaal gelegen voor uitstappen naar o.a. Siena en Florence.
