The nearby medieval village of Lucignano. CASA ROSADA lies among the country side of Lucignano, a picturesque medieval village perfectly preserving an elliptic shape circle of walls. Casa Rosada is a part of a farmhouse which is composed by three floors and a small annex. The heated pool, the garden and the gym. The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. The annex basement, where once there were cellars , has been equipped with a fresh gym. The furniture is well-groomed and comfortable.
GROUND FLOOR: with entrance through the equipped porch with table and chairs to eat outside, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, sofas and Tv, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access both through an internal and external staircase, living room, bedroom with small double bed ( 1,50 m. ) , bathroom with bath, twin bedroom (possibility to join the beds). SECOND FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, twin bedroom, bedroom with small double bed ( 1,50 mt ) , bathroom with shower. ANNEX: access through two steps, sitting-dining room with kitchen-corner, double bedroom, study with single bed and truckle bed, bathroom with shower. Going down through an internal staircase we find the gym equipped with bench, exercise bike, and punching bag. EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, washing-machine, TV, freezer, oven, toaster, lemon squeezer, gym.
