“Villa Cascia” is a quaint farmhouse set in a peaceful location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, and boasts a privileged panoramic view overlooking the Florentine Valdarno. The accommodation offers a pleasant and relaxing holiday in a natural setting, near numerous towns and routes of historic and artistic interest. In fact, the strategic location of villa offers the opportunity to go on many excursions on foot or by bicycle, and for those who love art and history, you can visit nearby villages, parishes and monasteries, or the most important cities of art in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The villa has been renovated in accordance with Tuscan tradition and the interiors, which have been tastefully, are enhanced by beamed ceiling beams and terracotta floors. In front of the house there is a swimming pool (12x6, 1.3 to 2.5 m deep) (01/05-30/09) with an outdoor shower and sunbathing area with deckchairs, set in a large garden. The outdoor area adjoining the living room has a table for pleasant summer dining and a built-in barbecue. A chef, maid services and cooking courses are available and to be requested when booking and to be paid for on location. The villa is equipped with a baby-bed and Wi-Fi Internet access is included in the price. Parking inside the property. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön mit großen Zimmern geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus, die eine Hälfte super fürs Spielen mit dem Ball, die andere tief genug für Sprünge. Der große Essbereich ist ganz praktisch sowohl von der Sonne als auch vom Wind gut geschützt. Die Straße, die zum Haus führt ist zwar schmal aber asphaltiert, ein Segen in der Toscana. Die Lage war traumhaft: unglaublich ruhig und idyllisch. Das Dorf Cascia ist nur 3 km vom Haus entfernt, und nicht nur die schöne romanische Kirche hat uns beeindruckt, sondern auch das Restaurant Masaccio direkt nebenan: Fisch und Meeresfrüchte sind fantastisch und jeden Tag frisch -wir waren dreimal da(!). Der Supermarkt Coop mit großer Auswahl ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ein kleiner Carrefour nebenan.
Arezzo, eine Perle der Toskana, ist nicht weit und war für uns eine wunderschöne Entdeckung.
Alles in allem empfehlen wir sowohl das Haus als auch die Region.

La maison est très agréable, meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de bon goût. Les lits sont très confortables et les chambres spacieuses. La cuisine est grande mais manque un peu d'espace pour préparer les repas. La fraicheur de la salle à manger est bienvenue lorsque la température extérieure devient difficile à supporter pour déjeuner. Deux petits regrets : l'espace pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur est situé dans un endroit peu ventilé et étouffant par 35° - la piscine est magnifique ainsi que le jardin semé d'oliviers et nous aurions aimé profiter de cette vue depuis la maison, or seule une chambre donne sur ce côté. C'est sans doute pour garder la fraicheur de la maison qu'aucune ouverture au RDC n'est orientée sur le jardin, mais le salon et la salle à manger sont de ce fait un peu sombres. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cette villa calme et magnifique.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Pool und weitläufigem Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig und ermöglicht einen erholsamen Urlaub!
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Villa Cascia jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
