Villa Lauro is a beautiful villa situated in a very panoramic position, you will find it on the slopes of a charming hill overlooking the ancient village of Monte San Savino and the whole Val di Chiana valley. The silver foliage of the olive trees covers the hill and almost hides the house, immersing it in a magical context that will also guarantee your tranquillity and privacy.
You will fall in love with Monte San Savino, its paved streets and ancient buildings. The atmosphere here is that of ancient times, and during summer evenings it will be lovely to dine in one of the good restaurants in the historic centre, or just stroll along the “corso”, the oldest lane in the town.
No doubt one of the corners you will love most about the villa is the large outdoor porch, accessible from the first floor living room and equipped with table and chairs. Here you will gather with friends or family to enjoy the beautiful view of the valley below, and with a glass of good wine, whether by day or in the cool of the night, you can lose yourself in the infinite colours of the countryside or under the starry summer skies.
The villa is certainly suitable for your family holidays with children as well as with friends, the table tennis and the playground in the garden will be of sure entertainment.

GROUND FLOOR: sitting/dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, large connecting room with chairs and sofa.
FIRST FLOOR: light airy sitting room with double sofa bed and bunk bed (that could became private closing a curtain), twin bedroom. Five steps lead to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. An internal staircase connects both floors. The first floor can also be reached by an outdoor staircase.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 150.
