About this farm stay rental
Dating back to 1870 and surrounded by the Chianti vineyards and the Pian di Scò olive groves, La Capitata is 400 meters above sea level, surrounded by a 9-hectare estate planted with olive trees and vines. The farmhouse enjoys a wonderful view,
is surrounded by a beautiful park with swimming pool, soccer field, playground with ping pong swing and table football, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The villa is independent and consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with double bed + single bed, each with a private bathroom. Characterized by rustic and elegant furniture it manages to maintain the atmosphere of the past with original terracotta flooring, wooden window frames and wrought iron beds.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave ..). Suggestive are the dining room and living room faithful to the Tuscan tradition with a beautiful fireplace.
The villa also has a large gazebo with table and chairs and a barbecue.
At the Capitata you can rent a bike for free and buy Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil of our production. Available only on request, the organization of dinners.
For the necessary maintenance of the garden and the pool it is necessary the daily presence of the owners. The swimming pool, at certain times of the year, could be shared with the guests of three other small apartments that are part of the farm.
Easily reachable from the A1 motorway, the Agriturismo is 2 km from Pian di Scò village, 10 minutes from Figline Valdarno train station, 20 minutes from The Mall outlet, 30 minutes from Florence and Greve in Chianti, 40 minutes from Arezzo and 1 hour from Siena. Ideal location for those who want to enjoy a stay between art cities, wine and good food.

The overall impression of the property was excellent as indeed was every individual aspect of the stay which contributed to a magnificent family holiday. The owner and all family members were kind and very helpful and did their utmost to make our stay as good as possible. This probably explains why some of the guests had been coming each year for more than 25 years. Cannot be faulted!

An amazing family holiday in a wonderful villa. Patrizia and her family are great hosts - they all work so hard to make your stay so memorable. It’s everything you would want for a stay in Tuscany.

Visit a new town every day and have lunch. Then return to our wonderful house to rest up before experiencing many wonderful local restaurants. Go for a swim before and after dinner. The proprietor, Patrica, was very helpful and thoughtful. Provided baskets of fresh tomatoes and vegetable. Highly recommend Castlefranco. Scenery in the area is beautiful
