About this villa rental
The villa is in a privileged holiday accommodation and location in the heart of Tuscany. The property is the ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Chianti area with its hills, quaint villages and the numerous wine cellars to visit.
We organize lunch/dinner or cooking classes. Here you can enjoy the local cuisine with our very good chef or you can participate in cooking classes and the traditional barbecues. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity for discovering the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of the typical cuisine of Tuscany and the Chianti region.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance with fireplace, large kitchen, very large living room with billiard and fireplace, bathroom ( 7 steps) with wc, shower, bathtub, lavabo , bide.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1 : Two twin beds and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, lavabo), Bedroom 2: Double bed , Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, lavabo), Bedroom 4 : Double bed and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, lavabo), Bedroom 5: Two twin beds . Living room with fireplace and Tv satellite.
An independent country villa at the complete disposal of our guests, surrounded by a private garden with panoramic views on the Tuscan hills.
The villa can accommodate 10+2 persons: 5 bedrooms ( 2 double 3 twins) and 4 bathrooms ( 3 with shower and 1 with shower and bathtub).
There are washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, large swimming pool with gazebo and deck shared with my other villa " Lovely charming villa Chianti, Wi-Fi, Pool" .
Guests have total privacy, the villa is located far to busy streets surrounded by beautiful landscape of Chianti. The villa is accessed via a private avenue of cypresses. The villa is perfect for family vacations and gatherings of friends!
The beautiful villa is located in a very favorable point to discover the Chianti area, the nearest train station is far 5 km and the exit of the highway A1 (Valdarno-Montevarchi) is far 13 km .

We rent the villas from Saturday to Saturday ( if you want to arrive in different days please ask me) and the rates are variable in the season. Please contact me for information and rates and I response within a few hours.
- The heating ( not central heating but with 3 fireplaces) when it's necessary, it is not included in the price. Ask me information and price.
- The tourist tax is 1,5 euro/person.

Tuscany is one of our family's favourite places to stay, and of the places we have stayed, villa Casanova was by far the best. The villa was full of character, but fully equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. The views from the house and the pool were breath taking, so much so that most days were pool days! the owner was a great hosts, friendly, courteous and helpful, always able to be contacted should you require any information. I would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon.
