About this villa rental
Panoramic villa in the heart of Chianti, between Siena, Arezzo and Florence, in one of the most fascinating and full of history in Tuscany. An intimate and welcoming environment where you can relax by the pool, walking in the woods and have lunch in the beautiful garden. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

An independent Tuscan villa at the complete disposal of our guests, surrounded by a private garden with panoramic views on the Tuscan hills.
The villa can accommodate 10 persons: 5 bedrooms ( 2 double 3 twins) and 5 bathrooms ( 3 with shower and 1 with shower and bathtub, 1 with bathtub). On request we can add 2 extra beds.
There are washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, large swimming pool with gazebo and deck shared with my other villa.
On request you can enjoy the local cuisine with our very good chef or you can participate in cooking classes and the traditional barbecues. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity for discovering the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of the typical cuisine of Tuscany and the Chianti region.
ACCOMODATION:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance, living room, Tv satellite, kitchen, breakfast room with exit in the garden, bathroom ( WC, lavabo, shower, bide), Bedroom 1: Two twin beds with en suite bathroom ( WC, lavabo, bedè, bathtub).
FIRST FLOOR: Suite: living room with fireplace and bedroom 2: double beds and en suite bathroom ( Wc, bidè, shower, lavabo), living room with fireplace, bedroom3: two twin beds, bedroom 4: Two twin beds , large living room with balcony and fireplace, bathroom ( wc, shower, bathtub, lavabo, bide), bedroom 5 : :Double bed and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, lavabo).
PRIVATE CHAPEL: In the garden there is an old private chapel to use for wedding,
renewal of wedding vows or mass. The price of the chapel is extra.
Wonderful villa strategically located to explore the Chianti area and the main cities and sites in Tuscany.

The villas is very easy to reach from the Highway A1. For shopping lovers the area offers a wide selection of outlets with all the well-known Italian brands. Upon request the property owner will happily assist you in organizing the best tours of the area (cultural and tourism tours, wine tours, shopping tours, excursions...).
I rent the villa preferably from Saturday to Saturday but if you wish to arrive on a different day (only in low and mid season) I will try to satisfy you.

We were celebrating my 40th Birthday and we had a great time in this wonderful villa. The owner helped my husband to organize a surprise dinner for me…so romantc!!!! Although the pictures of the villa are spectacular it does'nt prepare you for that. The villa was very clean and spacious, we had a very great time, fabulous place, and very good value. We stocked up the local supermarkets (approx 10 min drive away) , the restaurant is very close ( 5 minutes ) and it’s excellent. The owner organized a cooking lesson for us…a great experience!!! If you love italian cuisine you have to do it!!! The surrounding are very beautiful and one week is too short to visit all places!!
Would go back and I would definitely recommend it!

After months of searching for the perfect location for our Writeaways writing workshop, we found Villa Cini, which was absolutely ideal for us and our students. The villa itself was wonderful and Claudia was terrific! She was always helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We plan to have a long relationship with her and Villa Cini!

Ten friends stayed in the villa in early June. I highly recommend this villa, the owner's offer of a welcoming basket of fruits and wines - just what is needed after a long trip and they were excellent. The Villa is the perfect base for trips to all of the main towns of Tuscany, Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Claudia and staff could not have been more attentive and made the stay feel as though we had found out own villa. We would stay here again. It's in a great location for Tuscany. The train in Bucine was easy to use. I much loved the holidays in this villa!!!
