About this villa rental
Stay comfortably in Rethymno at this brilliant 3-bedroom villa. With 3 full beds, 2 bathrooms and a wc featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. The living room with a sofa bed provides additional space for relaxation. Iron, heating, washing machine, WiFi, and AC are all available for your convenience. Cleaning Policy
The house is delivered in a clean condition. The initial cleaning prior to arrival, as well as the final cleaning after guests’ departure, are included in the accommodation price.
Mid-stay cleaning is not included in the price.
The house is equipped with all necessary supplies and materials to allow guests to manage the basic cleaning and upkeep of the property during their stay.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Service
A mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged upon request, provided at least one day in advance, at a cost of €100.
Housekeeping & Towel Provision Policy
Please be advised that mid-stay housekeeping services are not included. For your convenience, each guest is provided with three (3) towel sets per week. Should you require additional towels, an extra towel set is available at a cost of €15 per person.
Swimming Pool Availability
Please note that the swimming pool is generally open from 16 May to 20 September, subject to weather conditions.
Accordingly, minor adjustments of a few days to the opening or closing dates may occur to ensure guest safety and comfort.
