About this house rental
Leon is a modern, recently completed property. The elevated position of the house affords panoramic sea views of the area which includes the sparkling bay of Rethymno city. The accommodation provided within the mezonete is both comfortable and stylish as well as being well equipped.
There is a magnificent view o the old Venetian castle in Rethymno and also to the sea.
A modern L-shaped sofa and matching stool around the flat screen TV are located in the living/dining area .The formal dining table for 8 persons is ready to welcome you. Continue further in and an opening to the kitchen is on the right. Large sliding glass doors open on to a balcony overlooking the old Venetian city of Rethymno and the seaside.
Leon home offers a sleek modern kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and a full sized oven. It has been decorated in neutral tones complimenting the taupe and beige of the living area.
Two bedrooms are all located on the main floor and the other two on the upper floor. There is a double bedroom at the main floor and also a single bedroom, with communal bathroom. The same occurs also at the upper floor.
To the back side of the house a large BBQ area is located with a brick built BBQ and wood burning oven. A sink unit provides a food preparation area making this a very popular place to make an al fresco meal. The whole place has been planned to offer unique moments of pleasure.
The area of Panoram makes it very popular with visitors who are looking for a peaceful location to relax close the city center of Rethymnon. However it needs to be said that the area has some great beaches and you don't have to far to find them! The beaches of Gerani and Petres are all well worth a visit and for those energetic enough, will be able to take part in some water sports. The taverns fringing these beaches provide excellent local dishes and reasonable prices.
There are selection of small mini markets, tourist shops and nice restaurants very close to the house.
