Villa Fouli spans 160m2, constructed with stone and featuring spacious interiors with high ceilings across three levels.
On the ground floor of the rustic Villa Fouli, you'll find a cozy dining room and living area furnished with traditional curved furniture, complemented by a welcoming fireplace and equipped with satellite television. The fully-equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, while an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom complete this level. Step outside onto the tile-covered balcony, where you can dine or enjoy your breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views of the verdant hills and the river.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover an air-conditioned double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious balcony offering charming vistas.
Descending from the ground floor towards the swimming pool area, there's a 60m2 studio featuring a bedroom with a double, a single bed and a bathroom.
Beneath the picturesque traditional arches of Villa Fouli, adjacent to the swimming pool, a large balcony with a table provides an inviting spot for al fresco dining. Within the lush yard at the same level, a traditional barbecue area awaits.
The private swimming pool, measuring 4x9m and 140cm deep, invites relaxation, swimming, and sunbathing amidst the stunning natural surroundings, accompanied by the melodies of rare birds. Umbrellas, deck chairs, and towels are thoughtfully provided around the pool area.

An excellent property and amazing hosts!The property is spacious, in an excellent condition and immaculately clean. It is very well laid out. The views are amazing. The area is very quiet. Bigger towns with plenty of touristy infrastructure are easily accessible within 20 minutes by car. However, on a daily basis, there is no need to go that far: within a few minutes drive, there is a good selection of restaurants and cafes which are less touristy and more authentic than the ones at the coast. Also, very decent mini markets, supermarkets, bakeries etc are near by.Most amazing, however, were our hosts: they were unbelievably helpful, supportive, generous, friendly, genuinely welcoming and warm-hearted. Whenever something was not quite perfect, they immediately put things right. This did not stop with things around the villa: when our wheelchair broke, they quickly found somebody who could weld it for us immediately and accompanied us to the workshop! No idea what we would have done without these awesome hosts! They live near by, so there is always somebody available - but they are never intrusive.

We stayed at Villa Fouli for three weeks in July/August. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and kept the place very clean. Location was just a bit further out than I had expected but accommodations great. I would definitely recommend! My son really enjoyed the pool also very clean. Just a short 15 minute drive o Rethymno.
