About this villa rental
A brand new, stone-built 4 bedroom Villa with 3 bathrooms built within a beautiful tranquil olive grove, with 38sq.m heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi with amazing sea view, playground, and bbq area . The brand new villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous views of the immense light blue Cretan sea, the city lights and the mountains while the unique and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation.
The villa is located in a traditional small village called “Pagkalochori” only 2 km away from Stavromenos beach and village. This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. The location of the village is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place and spend time with their families or friends!

INDOORS
This unique 4 bedroom villa was built within 2018 and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay . There are also three spacious double bedrooms - one of them with en suite bathroom - beautifully decorated in romantic style and relaxing colors. On the ground floor you will find one more bathroom with shower. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.
On the first floor there is one more sunny and airy bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and shower opening to large verandas with breathtaking views and an outdoor Jacuzzi with relaxing furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunset under the colorful sky.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor area of the villa has about 450 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and olive trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 38 sqm heated swimming pool area. The lush garden with the olive trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.
This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to experience Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family or friend holiday.

Our stay at the villa was very agreeable. We did not use the playground in the garden, however the pool was perfect for our group of nine with several kids as there was enough space to relax in and outside the pool. However, we would have wished the rooms and especially the bathrooms to be cleaner. Several dirt smudges from the guests before (in example: sand in the shower cabins or white stains around the sink) were still there when we had arrived. Nevertheless, the rooms had everything one needs. The owner was very hospitable and stayed in contact with us for questions.

Panos ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Der Pool ist auch für kleinere Kinder wirklich toll, Klettergerüst sowieso.
Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse mit etwas Meerblick & Whirlpool. Toller Schnitt und vor allem sehr bequeme Betten.
Wir können Panos & die Villa Prima weiterempfehlen.

If you are looking for the wow factor this villa really does have it! Set in peaceful surroundings, everything within the villa and outside is of a high standard. The villa worked perfectly for us with 4 children aged 11, 9,6 and 2! The pool was perfect for them and the outside area worked really well. Panos was the perfect host, nothing was to much. The local area was great to explore, we ventured into Rethymno most evenings which is about 10 minutes away by car, we would highly recommend Civitas restaurant which is up towards the Light house. The little train that goes around the old town was lovely to allow us to see where we could explore. The supermarket Lidl is only 5 minutes away by car. You are able to walk to a local supermarket and bakery, the bakery is amazing. It’s about a mile and half and there are some hills to tackle coming back up! We loved it that much we are hoping to go next year. Oh and one other great thing if there are 2 families panos has a villa directly behind this one, they are both outstanding!
