Fantastic location; walkable into the heart of Edinburgh. Extremely helpful staff.
Attention to detail was a bit lacking; bathroom sink plug didn't work, kettle placed on a small fridge, which was in turn on a very rickety stand. Oil trail on the back of the door from the closing mechanism. No glasses in either the bedroom or bathroom.

Location was good. Parking was available. Lovely old building and pleasant inside. The room was of a good size with a huge and comfortable bed.
Just a little negative but I’m sure the new owner will sort this soon. We were totally new to the area and Scotland so it was by chance we found the right place after I actually parked up and walked to find it There was no signage and you could not see the number of the property from driving but it’s minor thing that can be sorted

Well located close to the city centre. The member of staff on duty was able to get us extra pillows and a towel. The room was freshly decorated.
The room was very cold. There were no bedside lights. The bathroom needed an upgrade. The only parking space available was difficult to negotiate due to the cars already parked and the excessive bags and boxes of rubbish. The hotel did not have any signage or number so we had to work out that it must be number 5 (luckily neighbouring properties were numbered)
