1) Staff kidness. They saw me using crutches&knee scooter and gave me a room with extra space.
2) Accesibility for people with movement diffilculties. There’s a lift to reach the recepction desk and avoid staircases.
3) Strategic location in front of Haymarket train station.

Very good location near the train station, tram and bus stops. Also not far from city centre by walking either. Rooms were good value for money and clean.
The windows did not keep out the wind so we had to turn the heating up high to keep the room warm. If you closed the blind you could see the blind being pushed inwards by the wind despite the windows being closed (room 112).
