✔ Pay a $500 refundable deposit before arrival.
The property is part of a small condo complex, and entry is through a shared common area used by just four units, offering both convenience and privacy. There are 4 steps to get to our condo and we don’t allow garage parking.
⚠️ While Blue Haven is oceanfront, there is no direct beach access. Public shoreline access is nearby but may involve uneven terrain—please use caution. Beach access is via a naturally occurring path and is not maintained by the HOA or county parks. If guests require an ADA-accessible entrance or formal stairs with a handrail, we recommend using the access points at San Simeon Cove, Moonstone Beach, or Pico Creek, which is just a short drive from the home. Please note: all beach access is at one’s own risk, regardless of the route taken. While the home does not feature central air conditioning, its location near the beach ensures that cool ocean breezes naturally keep the space comfortable. Just open the windows or sliding doors, and let the fresh coastal air create the perfect seaside atmosphere.
