3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double/Twin bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle( 2 twins). 2 Flat screen TV's, Blu-Ray DVD, wireless internet, easy-start, thermostat controlled gas fireplace, sun deck with privacy shades, ocean view outdoor dining, gas BBQ on the deck off of the dining room, double garage, decks, hot tub. This super comfortable house is well cared for and is just a couple blocks down to the ocean, and even closer to the Fiscalini ranch walking trails. This is a split level home. The upstairs is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bath, kitchen, dining area and living room and a half bathroom. The downstairs consists of the other 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The garage has a level 2 EV charger, and there is a computer and a printer in the living room!
This house is dog friendly, and has a fully fenced in backyard!!

My husband and I had a wonderful two plus weeks at the Orlando home in Cambria. It was so lovely, roomy. and comfortable. Heidi from CVR is so generous with her time, helping us to have everything we needed. We have stayed at several homes in Marine Terrace, all great, but this is our favorite. We grilled on the deck, had relaxing hot tubs, walked the paths, and took in remarkable sunsets. The owner of the property must be a caring person, as everything is organized so your stay is enjoyable. It is definitely a good choice for a family, as the layout gives lots of space to enjoy privacy and room for family gatherings. It is so quiet and we slept so well in the master kingsize bed. We will definitely be back.

Another stay in the beautiful home we have been renting for several years. Love the location for it is a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch and the tidepools. Always enjoy the wildlife; the deer that are viewed from the deck and window, and those along the ranch from my favorite bench. Have established many traditions shared with family that also stay nearby. The home is very comfortable and serves my needs very well. Have been renting through Cambria Vacation Rentals for many years, and thus have established a wonderful relationship. They are most helpful, and can contact them if the need arises. Looking forward to next year’s stay.

My family has been coming to Cambria for several years, and this was our favorite rental yet! The location is perfect - ocean views and we could easily walk to Fiscalini. The house is very spacious, comfortable and organized. We appreciated how everything was labeled. The jacuzzi was also a lovely treat at the end of each day. We can't recommend this place enough!
