Unicorn Property Alert Part 2! Rent the slightly larger cottage situated on an acre overlooking the ocean. A private gate gives access to a quiet and beautiful San Simeon beach. This cottage is 2br/2ba, and can sleep 5-6 comfortably. One king, and two full bunks in the two rooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the sun room. Just a couple miles from the sites and Cambria.

Cottage exactly as pictured and described. The check-in process was seamless - never needed to contact the host. The cottage is small and very cute with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, though small, had everything we needed for our purposes.We really liked that the dining/living room looked directly to the sea.There are plenty of things to see in the area, from Cambria to San Simeon/Hearst to the elephant seals. And lots of beaches and hiking, which is what we enjoyed doing the most.We came for a quiet and calming recharge, and that is exactly what we got. Definitely coming back.

We wanted a calm and peaceful stay by the ocean and this home was just the place. Ours was a last-minute booking and Justin was super responsive throughout. Instructions were clear and check-in was hassle-free. The home itself is cozy and thoughtfully furnished with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. I hope this treasure by the ocean continues to be preserved!
